Shepherd’s Bush is a wonderful neighbourhood that I already knew, having lived in London for a few years in the past, and choosing this flat was the best decision I could have made.
Our stay was perfect, in fact, beyond my expectations. After a full day of sightseeing, being able to have dinner at home and unwind as a family in preparation for the next day was ideal.
The immediate proximity to all kinds of services is a great convenience.
The flat itself is spacious, bright, very clean and pleasant to stay in. The kitchen works perfectly, and while the supply of cutlery and dishes is basic, it’s definitely sufficient for 4 people.
I appreciated the host's attention to details: fans for the most sweltering days, a hairdryer, washing-up liquid and sponge, a welcome kit, towel change and cleaning service during the stay.
I truly think it’s the perfect solution with the best value for money and I will recommend it to all my friends.
Lucy guided us throughout our entire stay providing very clear instructions and explanations, offering tips and making sure everything was going well. She was fantastic!
I wasn’t expecting such a thoughtful welcome and the complete willingness to help guests — it really makes all the difference.

Ottima posizione collegata molto bene sia con metro che con bus, pulito, letti molto comodi. Assistenza ottima. Abbiamo richiesto delle tovagliette per mangiare e ce le hanno fornite subito.

Mancavano attrezzature in cucina, (andrebbero controllate le posate prima di accedere in appartamento) coltello con lama per tagliare il pane, tagliere, tovaglia, lava/strizza insalata. Mangiare in sala con la moquette non è piacevole, per gli allergici ancora meno. Mancavano gli appendini per asciugami e teli . Il parquet purtroppo era rovinato. Per il resto bene

Bellissimo appartamento, vicino a negozi e ristoranti, ma soprattutto vicino alla metropolitana. Dotato di asciugamani, lenzuola e tutto il necessario per fare da mangiare. L'assistenza è stata perfetta:-) grazie di tutto!

Perfect location, close to the metro and overground station, many bus stops nearby. At 100 metres there is a huge shopping centre and nearby all the necessary services. Great choice

POSIZIONE: l’appartamento si trova in una posizione comoda a tutti i servizi, 5 min a piedi dalla stazione tube (linea rossa per il centro) e dalle fermate bus (94 per il centro). Sotto casa è presente un piccolo market, di fronte alla stazione della metro si trova la Lidl. Alle spalle della casa si trova uno dei centri commerciali più grande d’Europa, presenti parecchi buoni ristoranti/bar.
STRUTTURA: l’appartamento è ben fruibile, le camere ampie. Pulizia ottima e abbiamo trovato anche disponibilità di alcuni prodotti di pulizia che non sempre gli host mettono a disposizione (liq.piatti, spugne, carta igienica, strofinaccio).
Siamo stati in dicembre e anche il riscaldamento era più che adeguato, anche se centralizzato .
Presente la moquette nelle camere ma pulita, senza alcun odore sgradevole.
Non è presente climatizzatore.
L’unica pecca negativa è la rumorosità della zona, la casa si trova proprio sulla via principale, con finestre non molto isolanti (mai trovate in UK!)….soprattutto la camera tripla che si affaccia sull’incrocio.
Comodo e veloce il check-in, con codici numerici.
Buona anche la dotazione di stoviglie, manca una coperta in più per i più freddolosi.
